When life gets busy, this is where it's at! Super fast, super yum, and all the way paleo! This is the easiest and most delicious one-pot paleo dinner!
- Heat your skillet on medium heat and add your olive oil.
- Generously season both sides of chicken in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes on each side. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
- Remove your chicken from the pan and while it's still hot, cook your broccoli. Doing it in the same pan saves time but most importantly, gives you all that great flavor the chicken left behind! (see, quick and easy doesn't need to be boring!)
